Sr Manager, Marketing Communications - Remote

The Senior Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing communications strategies for GYN Specialty Surgery and its associated brands. This role demands deep expertise in integrated marketing, creative leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive audience engagement and business growth. The position also oversees tradeshow strategies and orchestrates internal and external meetings. Knowledge Requirements: • In-depth understanding of integrated marketing communications, including traditional, digital, paid, and earned media. • Strong knowledge of creative development processes, campaign planning, and execution. • Familiarity with healthcare or medical device industry communications (preferred). • Thorough grasp of marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting tools. • Awareness of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements for marketing materials. Skills: • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including persuasive copywriting for diverse audiences (portfolio required). • Advanced project management capabilities: scheduling, deadline management, and resource coordination. • Expertise in mentoring and developing creative and communications teams. • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing communications plans from concept to delivery. • Proficiency in producing engaging print collateral, digital content, email, website, and social media materials. • Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics, and evaluate effectiveness. • Adept at client relationship management and delivering responsive, personalized support. The annualized base salary range for this role is $129,600-216,000 and is bonus eligible.
