Join the Appstore Commerce team and play a pivotal role in shaping subscription retention for services used by millions. As the Senior Product Manager, Technical for Retention Management, you will:

- Lead the vision and strategy for maximizing subscriber retention across Fire TV's streaming services.

- Own the roadmap for key retention features including churn prevention tools, win-back campaigns, and retention offer optimization.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless retention experiences and reduce involuntary and voluntary churn.

- Leverage data insights to continuously optimize retention rates, customer lifetime value, and subscription health metrics.

- Be a passionate advocate for our subscribers and partners, ensuring retention strategies drive sustainable business growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Key job responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager for Retention Management, you will:

- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Fire TV's subscription retention capabilities, including churn prevention tools, win-back campaigns, and retention offer optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless retention experiences and maximize subscriber lifetime value.

- Leverage data insights to continuously optimize retention rates across voluntary and involuntary churn, ensuring subscribers remain engaged and partners can sustain thriving subscription businesses on Fire TV.

- Advocate for subscriber and partner needs to ensure retention strategies balance customer experience with business sustainability and drive product decisions.

- Partner with internal teams including Prime Video Channels, streaming service partners (Peacock, Paramount+, Max, and others), and Commerce engineering leadership to execute on retention commitments and drive improvements in subscription health metrics.

- Own and drive critical performance metrics related to subscriber retention, churn reduction, reactivation rates, and subscription revenue across Fire TV.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
