Sr. Product Manager-Mobile Growth, EMXO PLX (Tiruchirappalli)

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Mobile Growth- Product Manager to architect and drive mobile app adoption, engagement, and monetization systems across emerging marketplaces. This role requires deep technical expertise to own the end‑to‑end mobile growth technology stack, working cross‑functionally to design scalable solutions that deliver measurable business impact. As a PM, you’ll bridge product strategy with technical execution, make critical engineering trade‑offs while defining system architecture, API contracts, and integration paradigms across multiple platform teams.Key job responsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Ownership- Own and drive the mobile growth product roadmap for emerging marketplaces, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.- Define and execute strategies to increase mobile app penetration and engagement across key marketplaces.- Build and scale mobile growth capabilities including Paid App Marketing (PAM) campaigns, in‑app experiences, and growth experimentation frameworks.- Partner with EMXO Mobile Growth Business leader, Country teams and WW tech organizations to prioritize and deliver high‑impact mobile Strategy & System Architecture- Define and own the technical architecture for mobile growth systems, including PAM campaign management platforms, attribution frameworks, and experimentation infrastructure.- Make critical engineering trade‑off decisions balancing performance, scalability, maintainability, and time‑to‑market.- Architect solutions that handle marketplace‑specific requirements while maintaining code reusability and operational efficiency.- Drive technical roadmap alignment across EMXO Marketing Tech, EMXO Mobile Growth Business Leader, Country Mobile Leaders and marketplace‑specific engineering organizations, as needed.About the team: The Emerging Marketplaces Cross Org team for (EMXO) Prime, Lifecycle and XCM (PLX) builds core capabilities to accelerate customer growth, engagement, and Prime membership across ten emerging countries. Our work is organized around three pivotal growth pillars: Customer Growth, Customer Engagement, and Prime Growth. The Mobile Growth function sits at the heart of our Customer Growth strategy. We serve diverse countries including India, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Singapore, UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and South Africa—each with unique customer needs and growth trajectories.
