Annually, track all NDAs for PSO staff related to database access. Secure GAIL access for new PSO team members.</li><li>Draft weekly acknowledgement letters from the Vice President for identified donors, ensuring all letters are finalized and mailed in a timely manner. Log and file all correspondence in GAIL.</li><li>Support unit-based donor relations coordinators with quarterly outreach (regarding automated and written acknowledgements).</li><li>Oversee and build upon all PSO stewardship efforts including: birthday cards, faculty & staff recognition, recurring gift recognition, Thanksgiving message, New Year messaging, and Outreach Magazine distribution</li><li>Maintain fund agreements and share with unit leadership when funds are established, amended or renamed.
