Job Description:

The Store Associate position requires the employee to execute tasks such as organizing and restocking inventory, operating the cash register, and upkeeping tidiness for a visually appealing store. Working in cooperation with the ALDI team is also essential to provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience.

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Employees are expected to put in 32 to 40 hours of work per week on average

Essential Job Functions:

  • To effectively organize the store, sales associates have to carry out customer checkouts, perform cleaning tasks and ensure that the shelves accommodate merchandise in an orderly fashion
  • The provision of remarkable customer service involves being not only responsive but proactive in identifying and addressing customers' shopping needs
  • Ensure team collaboration and transparency in communication with the store management team to achieve your goals

Physical Demands:

  • Proficiency in moving merchandise from the store's receiving area to the shelves, along with the capability to place products weighing up to 45 pounds at different heights on the shelves
  • One ought to be engaged in a range of bodily movements like sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking while working in the store regularly

Qualifications:
