As a Strategy Principal, Global Coffee & Sustainability , you will Champion business strategies for Global Coffee & Sustainability across the executive leadership team, identifyi ng problems to solve , refine strategies and driving solutions forward across the global enterprise Develop & deliver compelling Global Coffee & Sustainability stakeholder communication s at the global , executive level ( high-fidelity visual and written communications) Steward cross-functional alignment and momentum on key strategic initiatives , taking a lead role in relationship-building and influence on behalf of the Global Coffee & Sustainability executive team C ombine multi-faceted contextual inputs with research, data analysis , stakeholder inputs , and creative brainstorming to generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions on high-stakes, global enterprise challenges in the Global Coffee & Sustainability space We d love to hear from people with : Experience in management consulting, general management and similar functions , ideally in the retail or foodservice industry Proven experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-wide projects - ideally within the supply chain, sustainability and/or high-risk commodity space Ability to work both independently and as part of a team , strength in problem-solving , solutioning effectively through with ambiguity Experience of working across organizational boundaries at all levels , including high-visibility, executive-level International and North America business experience Excels in written and oral communication 5-10 years of experience in strategic planning, or management consulting 5-10 years leading complex programs and projects As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
