SuccessFactors Consultant - EC & ECP

  • 5+ Years of extensive work exp in SAP SF - Employee Central, Payroll and Security.
  • Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) environment
  • Candidate preferred to have SuccessFactors certification.
  • Candidates should have knowledge in H2R Business processes. Excellent knowledge of MDF, and associated system configuration
  • 2/3 projects Implementation/support/enhancement knowledge in SAP SF
  • Hands-on with Solution Design Configuration.
  • Workbook Business process, Preparation Execution of Test Cases, Test Plans, Test scripts.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, understand the design and take ownership of data conversion and system testing as part of the systems enhancement or implementation projects
  • Perform analysis, translate business needs, and create solution requirements documentation.
  • Develop and/or update product solution overviews, FAQs, and user documentation to support project implementation/Support/Enhancement activities.
  • SAP SF Techno-Functional background is preferred
  • SAP SF Payroll – India, US, UK localizations preferred.
  • SAP Enterprise Portal: Knowledge in using BTP preferred.
