Execute standard recurring PEX performance reports using Excel and data extracted from HCM, workflow, and operational systems. Maintain accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs through routine data checks, validations, and alignment to standard templates. Review team completed validations and ensured documentation, naming conventions, and reporting logs meet required standards. Identify data anomalies or inconsistencies during report generation and escalate issues promptly to senior team members or process owners. Contribute frontline insights to root cause analysis activities by documenting findings, error patterns, and recurring issues. Support the implementation and tracking of corrective actions within reporting workflows. Coordinate daily reporting tasks, monitor progress, and help ensure reporting deliverables meet established timelines and SLAs. Assist with workload distribution across the team by assigning routine reporting tasks, updating trackers, and flagging risks or delays. Provide operational support across cycle-based reporting activities, audits, and PEX process reviews. Respond to routine reporting related inquiries using approved scripts, templates, job aids, and process documentation. Ensure customer interactions meet standards for clarity, data confidentiality, and documentation consistency. Support customer satisfaction by providing timely explanations of reporting steps, data fields, or output structures. Maintain reporting job aids, checklists, and documentation components when directed, ensuring alignment with PEX reporting standards. Provide day today guidance and support to team members on SOP steps, data validations, and reporting best practices. Participate in training activities and knowledge sharing sessions to strengthen reporting capability within the team. Share frontline observations that support workflow refinement, reporting accuracy improvements, and simplification opportunities. Participate in team initiatives such as template updates, documentation cleanups, audit preparation, and process reviews. Help identify recurring reporting errors that may require procedural or documentation updates. Remain flexible and available to support rotational shifts based on business and client reporting needs. Assist with providing reporting coverage during high volume periods or operational changes. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Analytics, HR, Operations, or related field. Experience supporting reporting, business process management, shared services operations, or data quality roles. Strong proficiency in Excel (filters, formulas, data validation, formatting). Ability to follow SOPs, reporting templates, and quality control checklists with high accuracy. Strong English communication skills. Experience supporting PEX, BPM, or continuous improvement reporting environments Familiarity with HCM, workflow, or operational reporting systems. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data trends or inconsistencies. Comfortability using job aids, standardized language, and reporting templates to guide work. Continuous improvement mindset focused on accuracy, simplification, and reducing errors.
