Overview:

The Global Supply Chain (GSC) team is centrally responsible for the Order to Delivery of Retail Electric Power Division’s (REPS) products across eight global facilities. We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support key initiatives across inventory optimization, S&OP, and supply chain operations. In this role, you will support global inventory governance and planning processes through data preparation, analytics, stakeholder coordination, and automation initiatives. The role will work closely with global facilities and planning teams to drive inventory optimization initiatives, support planning cycles (ABP/RBM), and drive continuous improvement through analytics and digital tools. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in inventory optimization or supply chain planning, and data analytics to deliver impactful results across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Inventory Governance & Analytics

  • Prepare, validate, and analyze inventory data to support global inventory governance processes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track inventory KPIs (DOH, turns, aging).
  • Identify risks and opportunities in inventory performance and highlight actionable insights.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and regional planning teams to collect monthly inventory performance inputs.
  • Consolidate and present facility-level insights for global reviews and governance forums.
  • Support inter-facility inventory transfer planning and execution to optimize inventory positioning.

Planning Cycle Support (ABP/RBM)

  • Support the team lead in annual business planning (ABP) and rolling business management (RBM) submissions.
  • Prepare data templates, scenarios, and executive-ready presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Ensure alignment between demand, supply, and inventory plans.

Digital & Automation Initiatives

  • Participate in automation and digital analytics projects (dashboards, data pipelines, process automation).
  • Identify manual processes and propose automation opportunities.

Background/Experience (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field. Masters preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, analytics, inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)

Background/Experience (Desired):

  • Experience in a fast-paced, global supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement frameworks.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce.

Additional information: This position required 5days working from office.
