Job Summary

Job role: Senior SCADA/IoT Systems Support Engineer

Location (Onsite/Offshore & City): Onsite / USA ITAR

Experience: 10 12+ years of experience

Remote with Travel 30-50% within USA

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Validate MES applications after migration to ensure full functionality and performance.
  • Verify SQL database connectivity, run test queries, and monitor MES services.
  • Troubleshoot MES configuration, integrations, and workflow issues.
  • Coordinate with production teams to confirm system readiness across multiple sites.
  • Perform onâ€`site visits to plants for evaluation, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Document validation results, maintain logs, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Lead planning, scheduling, tracking, and overall migration task management.
  • Work with crossâ€`functional teams to ensure milestone delivery and provide clear status updates and risk inputs to stakeholders.
Technical skills:
  • Strong understanding of MES configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in SQL connectivity, query execution, and data validation.
  • Familiarity with production planning tools and manufacturing workflows.
  • Basic scripting experience in PowerShell or Python for automation and diagnostics.
  • Experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and multiple site support.

The pay range for this role is $120,000- $130,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
