Tableau Developer / BI Analyst for E-commerce Company (Part-Time / Project-Based)

Long-term or project assignment · 10–20 hrs/week · Remote About the Company We are a U.S. e-commerce company (Top 200 bolthires Sellers) looking for an experienced Tableau Developer / BI Analyst to help us build, optimize, and maintain our BI infrastructure. This is a part-time or project-based role with long-term potential. Scope of Work Set up and administer Tableau (permissions, environments, data sources). Develop interactive dashboards for financial, operational, and product analytics. Connect Tableau to MySQL, bolthires Sheets, bolthires reports, and internal systems. Build data models, KPIs, calculated fields, and optimized data structures. Improve data quality, monitor performance, and optimize dashboards. Work closely with Operations, Product, and Finance teams. Required Skills & Experience E-commerce experience (bolthires or online retail required). Tableau Administrator-level proficiency (Tableau Desktop + Server/Cloud). Strong SQL/MySQL skills. Experience working with large datasets and building BI reports. Proven experience creating dashboards from concept to final delivery. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. English: Intermediate+ Nice to Have Python for data analytics or ETL.
