Introduction

We're building a high-performing, people-first Call Center organization, where hiring quality directly shapes employee experience and customer outcomes. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build recruitment capability that scales, this role is for you.

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll drive end-to-end recruitment for our Call Center operations, partnering closely with Operations and HR to support hiring ramp-ups, stabilize workforce capacity, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

In this Role, you'll get to

Lead high-volume recruitment for call center roles, including frontline agents, team leaders, and support functions, across ramp-ups, backfills, and expansion phases

Own end-to-end recruitment delivery, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding handover

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to ensure hiring readiness and minimize time-to-fill

Deliver hiring targets through disciplined execution, clear prioritization, and close tracking of daily and weekly recruitment progress

Partner closely with Call Center Operations, BU TA team and HRBP to align manpower planning, hiring timelines, and role expectations

Translate business hiring needs into clear sourcing strategies and assessment criteria

Use recruitment data and insights (e.g. funnel conversion, pass rates, offer acceptance, early attrition) to identify gaps and continuously improve hiring outcomes

Coach, guide, and support the TA team, providing direction, feedback, and hands-on support during peak hiring periods

Drive consistent interview practices and hiring standards across stakeholders

Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience across all touchpoints

Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, internal policies, and data privacy requirements

Support employer branding initiatives, referrals, and hiring campaigns to strengthen the talent pipeline

What you'll Need to Succeed

6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to call center / volume hiring

Proven ability to hire at scale in fast-moving, operations-driven environments

Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to improve outcomes

Experience with ATS and recruitment systems

Experience leading, coaching or mentoring TA team members

Hands-on, resilient, and comfortable operating in high-pressure, high-volume hiring environments
