The Role: Team Member Relations Analyst The Team Member Relations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resource Department's objective to provide Team Member Relations support through understanding, developing, and facilitating HR solutions to achieve the desired business objective. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for daily management and resolution of team member issues and concerns, project management, and training and guidance to supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Key Responsibilities: Daily management and resolution of team member issues and concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Project management, including development, implementation, and PDCA cycle, to drive HR initiatives and improvements. Responsible for assigned hoshin priorities, aligning with Toyota's strategic objectives. Train, coach, and provide guidance to supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence. Administrator for regional and local policies, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive HR projects and initiatives, leveraging excellent oral and written communication skills. What You Bring: Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business, or a closely related field, or 3+ years of equivalent and relevant professional work experience in Human Resources. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively work with a diverse group of stakeholders. Self-motivated with strong customer service skills, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work night shift hours (7:15 PM to 4:00 AM) and travel up to 10% of the time. Preferred Qualifications: Added Bonus While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Team member relations and/or HR investigation experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR principles and practices. Experience using whistleblower or investigation tracking systems, showcasing your ability to navigate complex HR systems. HR experience in manufacturing, highlighting your knowledge of industry-specific HR challenges and opportunities. Any HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, demonstrating your commitment to HR excellence.
