You will work closely with the tech team to manage their priorities and drive our recruitment process to find the right talent.
This will initially be a 6 month contract with the potential to extend / full time role.
What will you do?
Partner with hiring teams to manage the entire recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, candidate screening, liaising interview and closing the offer.
Source, engage, and screen passive (and active) talent for existing roles and for future recruiting needs.
Improve candidate experience, creating engagement with the candidates facilitating new applications Design and drive innovative programs to engage passive candidates: partnerships, internships, sourcing campaigns.
Work on the ATS to facilitate the search process Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
Assess the candidates on both soft and technical skills.
Added advantage if able to assess the coding tasks.

What Are We Looking For?
3+ Years of tech recruitment experience, either in-house or in an agency.
Software Engineering Experience / Certification Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Experience working with an ATS Experience in using Linkedin Recruiter for sourcing Proactive with the ability to take ownership and prioritize tasks Consistent track record of bulk hiring including sourcing, recruiting, and closing technical roles
