Drive Innovation in Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies across diverse functions.
  • Establish and nurture robust talent pipelines to meet both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning goals.
  • Pilot and leverage new talent engagement methods, including digital attraction campaigns, talent mapping, and market intelligence insights.

Lead and Support Strategic Projects

  • Own and deliver cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness, operational efficiency, and overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Contribute to organisation-wide transformation efforts, ensuring recruitment practices align with broader HR and business priorities.

Optimise Recruitment Systems and Processes

  • Assess, implement, and continuously enhance recruitment tools, technologies, and workflows (e.g., ATS optimisation, automation, structured interview frameworks).
  • Drive consistency, compliance, and scalability across recruitment operations to support business growth.

Champion Data-Driven Talent Decisions

  • Utilise recruitment analytics and external market insights to inform strategy, influence stakeholders, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and compelling insights that empower leaders to make informed workforce decisions.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Innovative, solutions-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to implement new ways of working.
  • Track record of leading initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, and candidate or hiring manager experience.
  • Expertise in optimising recruitment systems, tools, and operational processes.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to shaping hiring strategies and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, self-driven style suited to fast-paced environments.

Hands-on experience with common content creation, design, and collaboration tools

    Salary : S$6,000.00 – S$9,000.00
