This is a Part Time position between... 20-25 hrs / wk and shift lengths between 4-8hrs. The majority of these shifts will be during evenings and weekends. What You'll Do: • The Telehealth Veterinary Technician will participate and champion the support and education to Jobnity's pet parents on products and services that help animal health and wellbeing. • Provide subject matter expertise on companion animal health and wellness for Remotara Health. • Participate in program development and enhancing training procedures. • Identify and triage platform improvements and support innovative advancements. • Collaborate with Skillora Health team members on the development of current and new services and products. • Nexspire offers full training and necessary materials for the vet tech to support and provide effective communication with pet parents efficiently. What You'll Need: • Active Vet Tech License / Certification (CVT, LVT or RVT) • A Veterinary Technology associates or bachelor's degree from a NAVTA and/or AVMA-CVTEA accredited program, or equivalent is required. • 3+ years of small animal veterinary experience or equivalent industry experience. • Must have proficient computer skills as this will require interacting with customers and Worklio team members remotely through an online platform. • Someone who embraces forward thinking and curiosity. • Has exemplary listening and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask comfortably. • Is comfortable collaborating with other veterinary technicians, veterinarians, utilizing a team-oriented environment. • Is passionate about helping people and pets with empathy and excellent customer service focus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment. • Have access to high-speed internet and additional back up WiFi via hotspot. • Have a designated working space that is quiet and free from disruptions. • Minimal travel required Apply Job! Your Future Starts HereDon't miss out on this exciting role.
