Temporary Travel Coordinator [Remote]

<p> A24 is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Travel Coordinator to support the PR team by managing all travel logistics across multiple titles and talent. This role is focused exclusively on booking, tracking, and coordinating travel, ensuring smooth and efficient arrangements for talent, executives, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, excels at logistics, and can manage high volumes of travel with accuracy and discretion.<br /> This is a temporary, remote project-based role supporting an active slate of titles and press activity for immediate hire through to May 2026.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities<br /> • Coordinate and book all travel (air, ground transportation, hotels) for talent and filmmakers across multiple titles<br /> • Manage complex, multi-city and international itineraries, often with tight timelines and changing needs<br /> • Ensure travel arrangements align with budgets, schedules, and talent preferences<br /> • Track confirmations, changes, cancellations, and credits<br /> • Serve as the central point of contact for travel-related requests and updates<br /> • Communicate clearly and promptly with internal PR teams, external partners, talent representatives, and travel vendors<br /> • Distribute itineraries and ensure all parties have accurate, up-to-date information<br /> • Troubleshoot travel disruptions, last-minute changes, and emergencies calmly and efficiently<br /> • Anticipate potential issues and proactively propose solutions<br /> • Maintain organized travel trackers, itineraries, and records across all active titles<br /> • Assist with expense documentation and reconciliation as needed<br /> Qualifications<br /> • 1+ years of experience coordinating travel, logistics,(entertainment or media experience strongly preferred)<br /> • Proven experience booking complex, high-volume travel<br /> • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail<br /> • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion<br /> • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset<br /> • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments<br /> • Proficiency with travel booking platforms and standard office tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets)<br /> • Humble, diligent and resourceful<br /> <br /> Our target hourly range for this role is between $20 to $21 per hour. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels.
