Additionally, they are responsible for educating customers about TD's product offerings and directing them to specialized solutions through referrals to appropriate colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Whether through earning a high school diploma or a GED, individuals acquire proof of their educational accomplishments
  • Ideally, candidates should possess six months of experience in a job-related setting, although an equivalent level of competence can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently facilitating customer transactions, which includes processes such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and safe deposit box services
  • Executes cash transactions accurately by verifying checks, authenticating currency, balancing cash drawer, and completing nightly deposits with attention to detail
  • Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns by adhering to standard procedures and escalating to management if needed
  • Manages lobby operations by orchestrating customer movement, welcoming customers warmly, and providing suitable assistance
