Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Virtual Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of residential real estate transactions from contract to close. This role serves as the operational backbone of our acquisitions and dispositions process, ensuring timelines are met, communication is seamless, documentation is accurate, and every transaction closes smoothly. This is a full-time, remote position requiring on-camera availability throughout the workday for meetings, live coordination, and internal communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, takes full ownership of their work, and consistently operates with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism. Location Disclaimer: Preference is given to candidates based in Morristown, NJ; however, remote candidates are welcome provided they can work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
