About the Company Amazon, a global leader in e-commerce and technology, is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Representative Associate to join our dynamic logistics team.

Job Summary The Transportation Representative Associate serves as the crucial liaison between Amazon, SWA Shippers, stations, and delivery partners. This role is responsible for coordinating shipment operations, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring efficient delivery execution while maintaining service excellence.

Daily Operations

  • Monitor real-time tracking IDs for pending deliveries
  • Coordinate with stations for shipment rescue operations
  • Collect and communicate station feedback to shippers
  • Process shipper requests for specific tracking IDs
  • Generate and share performance reports
  • Handle time-sensitive escalations

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key job responsibilities

  • Execute standard operational tasks based on shipper requests following established SOPs
  • Facilitate clear communication channels between multiple stakeholders
  • Generate and distribute regular performance reports
  • Handle escalations through appropriate channels
  • Identify trends and propose process improvements
  • Maintain performance metrics at or above target levels

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
  • Experience with SQL
