Position Summary :
Duration: 10 months-Possible Extension
Description:

• Work with Material Review Board (MRB) to review and process QNs.
• Generate supplier quality notifications (SQNs) and send them to suppliers.
• As required, discuss with suppliers regarding the issue and ensure suppliers acknowledge SQNs sent to them.
• Perform containment, correction, root cause analysis, preventive action for the issue by working with the suppliers.
• Initiate SCARs for supplier caused quality problems and collaborate with suppliers to close the SCARs in time.
• Drive part qualification following APQP process. Work with internal teams like R&D, supply chain, procurement, etc.
• Guide suppliers during the APQP process on all APQP deliverables.
• Use statistical technics to assess process capability, perform process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) before approval of mass production.

Requirements:
• Minimum required Education: Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Engineering Science, Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Being well versed with SAP and IT tools (Microsoft suit), etc. will be added advantage.
• Minimum required Experience: Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement Techniques or equivalent.
