Reports to: Job Group Manager, General Manager, or Manager on Duty
Typical Work Week: 30 – 40 hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a hospitality company, the number one responsibility of every employee, regardless of position, is to provide excellent customer service and to create a warm, inviting, and hospitable environment for our guests and each other.

We are looking for a Utility/Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around and stocking in the restaurant.

Responsibilities include making sure all is stocked as needed, taking trash out, cleaning the kitchen floors, washing dishes.

Responsibilities

· Removes dishes, glasses, flatware and any other items from table following guest’s meal.

· Performs cleaning work as assigned.

· Keep bus stations clean, stocked and organized.

· Assists in overall ongoing maintenance of facility.

· Supports waiters and kitchen staff in other duties as required.

· Always take care of the needs of all guests.

Stocking and storing all received products.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Physical ability to carry large boxes, as well as food.
  • The physical ability to balance heavy items.
  • High energy and stamina required.
  • The ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.
  • The ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively.
  • Verbal communication skills required.
  • Willingness to work at all times.
  • The ability to read menus, safety documents, etc.
  • Food Handler certification required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
