What You’ll Do: You are the UX Designer who creates intuitive and user-friendly designs for our platforms. You will work on complex, data-heavy applications for B2B communications and financial automation, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure your designs are aligned with business goals and optimize usability. Key Responsibilities • User Interface Design: Create intuitive interfaces for communication and workflow platforms using wireframes, flow diagrams, high-fidelity prototypes, and visuals to enhance the user experience. • User Research and Testing: Conduct thorough user research and usability tests to understand user needs and continuously improve designs. • Data Visualization: Design dashboards and reporting tools that transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights for users. • Workflow Optimization: Focus on efficiency and ease of use, creating seamless experiences for complex workflows in finance and communication applications. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design coherence, brand alignment, and technical feasibility. Tools You’ll Use • Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision for creating and managing design projects. • Project Management Software: Tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com for coordinating design tasks and project timelines. • User Testing Tools: Familiarity with platforms like UserTesting or Lookback for gathering insights on user interactions. • Analytics and Visualization: Tools such as arenaflex Analytics or Hotjar for tracking user behavior and performance.
