<p>Our client, a leading financial organisation are seeking a VIP Executive Support Specialist to provide support to their most senior leaders. This role is a unique hybrid of elite systems engineering and high-touch hospitality, requiring someone who can manage complex technical infrastructures while maintaining the polish and discretion necessary for C-Suite interaction.</p><p>You will be the primary technology partner for the Executive Office, ensuring that the firm’s leadership remains connected, secure, and productive, whether in the boardroom, at home, or traveling internationally.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Executive Technology Concierge: Act as the dedicated point of contact for C-Suite executives and Board members, providing rapid-response support for hardware, software, and secure remote access.</li><li>High-Stakes Event Leadership: Own the technical success of Board meetings and high-profile hybrid events, managing enterprise A/V, Zoom/Teams Rooms, and real-time troubleshooting.</li><li>Infrastructure Engineering: Balance daily support with long-term engineering projects, including Intune deployments, PowerShell automation, and Windows-based VDI management.</li><li>Secure Global Mobility: Provision and secure executive "travel kits," validating international connectivity and VPN protocols to ensure seamless global operations.</li><li>Tailored Coaching: Provide 1-on-1 technology briefing and "concierge-style" onboarding for new executives, focusing on Microsoft 365 productivity and AI-enabled tools.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Industry Experience: Solid commercial experience in IT support, with experience of VIP or Executive support capacity (Financial Services or Legal experience is highly preferred).</li><li>Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in the Microsoft 365 E5 suite, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune/Endpoint Manager.</li><li>Platform Breadth: Expert-level knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.</li><li>Engineering Skills: Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell) and Group Policy (GPO) administration.</li><li>Communication: Ability to translate complex cybersecurity and technical concepts into concise, actionable advice for non-technical senior leaders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Candidate Profile</p><ul><li>Discretion: You have a proven track record of handling sensitive, confidential information with absolute integrity.</li><li>Poise: You remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations, such as technical failures during live executive presentations.</li><li>Proactivity: You don’t wait for tickets; you anticipate technical friction points and resolve them before they impact the leadership team.</li><li>Flexibility: Willingness to travel on short notice and provide after-hours support during critical executive movements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We are offering a competitive package + benefits.</p><p><br></p><p>The role requires you to be onsite 5 days a week.</p><p><br></p><p>Please contact hello@freshtechit.com for more details.</p><p></p>
