Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Google Business & Website Support (Construction Company)

We are a premium residential construction company specializing in outdoor living projects (decks, pergolas, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, sunrooms, hardscape). We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us maintain a consistent marketing presence using project photos we provide.

This is execution-focused work, not strategy. We already know what we want to show — we need someone who can post consistently, stay organized, and follow systems.

Primary Responsibilities

Social Media (Core Task)

Upload and schedule 8–12 posts per month

Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile

Write clear, professional captions (AI-assisted drafts are fine)

Use provided photos and posting guidelines

Maintain a simple monthly content calendar

Google Business Profile

Upload new project photos weekly

Add short project descriptions

Monitor messages and notify us if action is needed

Website Support

Upload new project pages as content is provided

Update photos, staff bios, and completed project galleries

Light WordPress / Squarespace updates (no coding required)

Reputation Management

Send review request templates (provided)

Monitor and flag new reviews

Required Skills

✔ Experience managing business social media accounts

✔ Comfortable working with photo-heavy content

✔ Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile

✔ Basic website backend experience (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)

✔ Clear written English

✔ Organized and responsive

Nice to Have (Not Required)

⭐ Experience with construction, home services, or real estate

⭐ Canva or basic image editing

⭐ Familiarity with local SEO posting
