Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist customers with basic banking issues such as account information, transactions, statements, card support, and security inquiries.

  • Provide accurate and clear information about bank products and services.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Document interactions in the CRM system and escalate complex issues as needed.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all banking and data security policies.

  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Weekend availability may be required on a rotational basis.
