We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a small, fast-growing team. This role is highly process-driven and ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and can follow established SOPs with precision. The VA will support the sales function, manage post-call follow-ups, handle light billing admin, and execute systematic workflows outlined in Notion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team by handling follow-ups after prospect calls
  • Monitor call logs and execute pre/post-call workflows based on SOPs
  • Schedule meetings and send follow-up emails based on lead engagement
  • Maintain and update CRM entries and prospect documentation in HubSpot
  • Handle simple billing follow-ups (e.g., expired credit cards, account updates)
  • Execute checklist-based tasks stored in Notion and internal knowledge base
  • Occasionally appear on Zoom calls as a supporting team member for optics (if preferred)
