Warehouse Associate

Are you a reliable, hands-on team player who enjoys keeping things moving? KAM is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our busy Warehouse and Delivery Operations. This role is perfect for someone who likes variety in their day, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our products get where they need to go—on time and in perfect condition. Your responsibilities will include:

Daily Warehouse & Delivery Support

  • Assist with loading trucks for daily delivery routes
  • Serve as the transfer truck driver between company locations
  • Receive, unload, and store inbound manufacturer and group shipments

Order Preparation & Product Handling

  • Locate, pull, stage, and prepare products for next-day delivery
  • Assemble grills and complete dryer vent modifications prior to delivery
  • Unload returning trucks and prepare items for vendor returns
  • Use company systems and procedures to maintain accurate inventory and order records

Equipment & Facility Responsibilities

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and clamp-trucks (training provided)
  • Support truck maintenance scheduling and monitor inspection sticker expiration
  • Assist managers and drivers with routine truck maintenance coordination
  • Contribute to facility upkeep, including:
  • Cardboard compactor use and maintenance
  • General housekeeping
  • Light building and landscape maintenance

Teamwork & Compliance

  • Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and managers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Follow all KAM employee policies and safety standards
