All candidates will be analytical and customer service-oriented.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Will be required to support the achievement of meeting customers’ KPI by providing high quality customer service. Effective communication with up and downstream stakeholders e.g. clients, warehouse operations, carrier brokers and other offices/facilities is essential</p></li><li><p>Follow up with customer inquiry and provide information about services, products and to process orders</p></li><li><p>Order creation and customer account management in SAP/WMS</p></li><li><p>Backorder and returns management</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that operational tasks are met:</p></li><li><p>Receiving: ensure all documentation is verified and processed appropriately, in an accurate and efficient manner, while respecting all QA or legal liability requirements;</p></li><li><p>Order Processing: ensure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner and according to the client’s specific requirements;</p></li><li><p>Shipping: To coordinate with internal and external stake holders to ensure all shipping documents are provided accurately and timely</p></li><li><p>Complaints and returns management</p></li><li><p>Adjustments: ensure inventory integrity by processing authorized inventory adjustments</p></li><li><p>Process all documentation associated with the movement of our clients inventory into and out of the facility according to client requirements, and in an accurate and timely manner</p></li><li><p>Perform clerical duties such as filing and reporting</p></li><li><p>Document, investigate and resolve all customer concerns in a timely fashion;</p></li><li><p>Drive prompt and professional communication at all times for both internal and external customers;</p></li><li><p>Document all shipping errors on the required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail;</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned to you from time to time by the company.</p></li><li><p>Observe and comply with standard operating procedures</p></li><li><p>Observe and comply with warehouse health & safety guidelines</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Possess 3-4 years of Contract Logistics/3PL/Healthcare industry experience and/or 2-3 years of customer-service related role experience</p></li><li><p>Possess excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Require strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills, including the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team required.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in computer usage, working knowledge of WMS or SAP and MS Office.</p></li><li><p>Possess working knowledge of order entry systems and warehouse management systems</p></li></ul><p></p><p><br /><b>Employee Type:</b><br /> </p>Permanent<p><br /><span>UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.</span></p>
