Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and smooth warehouse operations. This position includes receiving shipments, organizing products, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining detailed inventory records. If you are organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify accuracy against packing lists

  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas; ensure proper labeling and accessibility

  • Perform stock counts, cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory audits

  • Pick, pack, and accurately label items for outbound shipments

  • Prepare products for delivery, ensuring secure and damage-free packaging

  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse software

  • Record all incoming and outgoing shipments with correct product codes and quantities

  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to fulfill customer orders on time

  • Prioritize urgent orders and communicate delays or issues

  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing items

  • Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, packaging tools)

  • Follow all safety policies and guidelines

  • Identify and report potential hazards or unsafe conditions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills

  • Physical ability to lift, move, and handle heavy products as needed

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

  • Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; frequently lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally more than 100 lbs (team lift required)

  • Work near moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to fumes, chemicals, or outdoor conditions

  • Moderate noise level


Schedule

  • Full-time

  • Monday–Friday 9-5

  • Occasional overtime based on workload
