THIS POSITION IS FULLY COMMISSION BASED, PAY IS SAME DAY.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients and existing customers through calls, emails, and online chats to promote our services and products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify client needs through active listening and consultative questioning to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by explaining processes, policies, and available services clearly and confidently.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and communicating with candidates or employees as needed.
  • Drive sales targets by proactively reaching out to prospects, following up on leads, and closing deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and client information in our CRM system for seamless follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications such as MS Office or CRM software is preferred.
