Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately transcribe legal proceedings, interviews, depositions, and other legal documents from audio or video recordings.

  • Ensure all transcriptions are completed in a timely manner while meeting strict formatting and quality requirements.

  • Edit and proofread transcripts to ensure 100% accuracy and consistency with legal terminology.

  • Manage and organize confidential legal information with the utmost discretion.

  • Collaborate with clients and team members to clarify unclear audio, terminology, or document specifics.

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Chinese, Malay, and English, with excellent comprehension, grammar, and written skills in all three languages.
