In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of our daily workplace operations and support the resolution of outstanding build‑out issues in collaboration with our general contractor and external partners. You will report directly to the Workplace Manager in Berlin and also support the EMEA Operations Manager to ensure alignment of standards, processes, and initiatives at a regional level.<br /> A key part of your responsibility will be to establish and document standards and processes that lay the foundation for seamless daily operations, ensuring long‑term consistency and efficiency in our workplace environment.
