About the Role

We are hiring Order Fulfillment Specialists to support multi-brand order processing. This role handles 150–300 orders per month, which are low in volume but high in complexity, typically requiring 3–5 days per order due to vendor coordination, logistics booking, and accuracy checks.

The role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in order management, logistics coordination, and eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Data Integrity

· Process and verify incoming orders across multiple brands in Shopify.

· Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, shipping details, and item specifications.

· Handle pricing discrepancies and order corrections.

· Maintain high data entry accuracy and follow defined SOPs.

Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

· Compare shipping rates across carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to select optimal delivery options.

· Book shipments through multiple carrier portals.

· Monitor orders and proactively identify lead-time issues or delays.

· Coordinate with vendors to resolve stock discrepancies or shipment concerns.

Communication & Problem Resolution

· Handle high email volume using templated responses.

· Coordinate internally with Operations and Logistics teams.

· Communicate with vendors and carriers regarding order status updates.

· Escalate issues related to order delays, pricing errors, or fulfillment challenges.

Continuous Improvement

· Identify process inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements.

· Support documentation of SOPs and fulfillment guidelines.

· Maintain organized records and tracking sheets using Google Workspace tools.

Required Qualifications

Experience

· 1–2 years experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or eCommerce operations.

· Experience in Shopify order management preferred.

· Background working with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

· Shopify order processing experience.

· Heavy use of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.

· Ability to learn multiple carrier portals quickly.

· Strong email and workflow management skills.

Soft Skills

· Highly organized and detail-oriented.

· Self-sufficient and proactive.

· Strong prioritization and judgment.

· Fast learner who adapts to new tools quickly.

· Good written English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
